I can't log in to my account
If you can't log in to your account, then here is a checklist of the most common problems:
Do you have a Competition Golf account?
This seems obvious, but if you have not been in a competition run by Competition Golf before, you may not have an account.
When you register in a competition, you will receive an email to confirm your entry. If you do not have an account, this email will tell you what you need to do next
Are you using the correct email?
If you have different email addresses, please check that you are looking in with the correct email address.
GMail or GoogleMail?
If you are using a gmail.com address, did you register with googlemail.com?
Have you forgotten your password?
If you have forgotten your password, you can use the forgotten password page to reset your password.
Enter your email address and click on the Reset button. If we can find an account with the email address you have entered, we will send an email with instructions on how to change your password.
We strongly recommend that all of our users use a password manager. This greatly increases your online security and you will never forget a password again. The password manager we recommend is LastPass.
